Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Shepherd Sosebee, age 68, of Cedartown, GA passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Rockmart, GA on October 12, 1950 a daughter of the late Robert Glen Shepherd and the late Essie Mae Hayes Shepherd. Mrs. Sosebee had lived for a number of years in Florida before returning to Polk County where she had made her home for the past six years.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church of Paulding County. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers: Larry Shepherd and Randy Shepherd. Survivors include two sons: Terry Lamar Millican, Jr .

of Millbrook, AL and Shannon Smith of Cedartown; brother, Bobby (Gayle) Shepherd, Cartersville and sister, Sue Perry, Orange Park, FL. Memorial services will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 pm until the memorial hour at the funeral home.
