ELLEN GOLEY GARTH May 29, 1933 – January 30, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card ELLEN GOLEY GARTH, age 85, of Winchester, Tenn. , departed this life on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at the Willows at Winchester. Mrs. Garth was born in Herbertstown, Ireland, on May 29, 1933, to the late Martin and Ellen Keane Goley.

She was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Garth immigrated from Ireland to the United States to live with her Aunt in in New York in 1950. Her last place of employment was with the former Adco Company in Derry, N.H. where she was in quality control.

Her hobbies were knitting and watching T.V. She especially loved to watch dramas. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert A. Garth of Winchester, son, Robert (Renee) Garth of Franklin, Tenn. , 3-grandchildren; Arness Holsey, Robbie Garth and Lucy Garth. One sister, Kathleen Hickey of England.
