Elma “Norma” Santiago (nee Cardona), 75, of Jersey City, formerly of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico passed away on Friday, December 7, 2018. Elma was a kind hearted Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and friend who in the past few years suffered extensively, and experienced a slow and painful transition to her Heavenly Home. Elma was the beloved wife of the late Vicente Santiago; devoted mother of Norma Mercado, Vicente Santiago, Lucy Diaz and Maria Rosado; loving grandmother of Kevin, Randy, Raul, Javier, Jocelyn, Kevin, Jennifer, Stephanie, Samantha, Jessica, Eric, John and Sophia; dear sister of Edith, Nelson, Ruben and Hiram Cardona; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation is on Sunday, December 9, 2018, 5:00pm to 9:00pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306 (For GPS Navigation it is best to use parking lot entrance address: 14 Stagg St.). Funeral will begin on Monday, December 10, 2018, 10:00am at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will follow 11:00am at St. Mary’s Church, 254 2nd St., Jersey City, NJ 07302.

Interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview.
