OBITUARY Eloise M. Duckworth November 21, 1934 – October 14, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Eloise Marjorie (Foltz) Duckworth was born November 21, 1934 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to John and Velva (Anthony) Foltz. Eloise worked in housekeeping for Oklahoma Natural Gas for many years. She had a strong faith in God that never wavered.

Eloise was both the matriarch and “rock” of her family. She was a member of Assembly of God, and studied her bible faithfully. Eloise loved her family dearly, and always placed other’s needs before her own.

Eloise is survived by her daughter, Debra and husband Jim Green; son, Russ Duckworth; son, Richard and wife Kay Duckworth; brother, Donald Foltz; sister, Lola Hanson; sister, Crissie Foltz; sister, Karen Lamb; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Eloise was preceded in death by her parents, John and Velva Foltz; husband, Robert Duckworth; daughter, Linda Duckworth; daughter, Jewell Mallett; grandson, Timothy Case; brother, Joe Foltz; brother, Johnny Foltz; sister, Roberta Foltz; and sister, Opal Cook. A graveside service will be held at 1:00P.M., Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd.
