Elsie’s Obituary Elsie C. Jamerson, age 98, departed this life on Monday, March 4, 2019. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved caring for her family and gave her time selflessly.

She was of Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Lillie Coleman; husband, Bennie Ray Jamerson; daughter, Margie Yarbrough Adkins; and great grand baby, Elliott Max Zolman. She is survived by her children, Hoyt (Bev) Jamerson and Michelle (Vernie) Tippens; granddaughters, Kim Yarbrough Swalla, Tammy Yarbrough, Miranda Tippens Zolman and Lindsey Tippens Croy; grand son-in-laws, Andrew Swalla, Andrew Croy and David Zolman; and great grandsons, Hagen Croy and Reed Zolman.

A service for immediate family and caregivers from Bradley Healthcare & Rehab Center will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, March 6 in the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home. Pastor David Disney will officiate.
