Obituary for Elva “Missy” Jones Born on January 28, 1925 in Pride, Louisiana and departed this Earth peacefully on October 2, 2018 at Grace Rehabilitation in Slaughter. She will be missed by all who got to know her. She is survived by her two children, Shari Luthy and husband, Val of Pride, Louisiana and son, Keith Graves and wife Trudy of Lakeland, Louisiana She had three grandchildren who she loved very much.

, Granddaughter, Jennifer Chenevert and husband Corey of Livonia, Louisiana and two grandsons, James Graves and wife Ashlee of Great Falls, Montana and Jamie Graves and partner Rusty of New Orleans, Louisiana. She had five great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Cohen Chenevert, Jacksin, Dawsin and Macey Lou Graves. The family would like to thank the staff at Grace Rehabilitation Center for their dedication and care of Missy throughout her time there and to Charmaine and Roxie with Baton Rouge Hospice for their recent care for her at Grace Rehabilitation Center.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Baton Rouge Hospice or St. Jude’s Children Research. On Friday, October 5, 2018, a 10:00 am graveside service will be held in Milldale Baptist Church Cemetery, Zachary.
