Emily’s Obituary EMILY I. ROHN, 98, formerly of Hellertown, died Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Williams Manor, Wind Gap. She is the wife of the late Sterling O. Rohn (July 7, 1996). She was born in Lower Saucon Twp.

on October 5, 1920 to the late William W. and Helen M. (Bodder) Herman. She worked as a cafeteria worker for the Saucon Valley School District at the former Reinhard Elementary School, Hellertown for 18 years until retiring in 1984; was also a waitress at the Hellertown American Legion. Emily is a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Pleasant Valley, Coopersburg and a volunteer at St. Luke’s Hospital with over 100 hours of dedication.

SURVIVORS Children: Shirley D. (Richard A.) Yonney of Hellertown, Larry W. (Peggy) of Wind Gap, Donald L. of Hellertown; sister: Mildred P. (Kermit R.) Benner of Macungie; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. SERVICE Family and friends are invited to call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main Street – Hellertown followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
