OBITUARY Erica Day Long March 12, 1982 – July 14, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Erica Long, age 36, of Daphne, Alabama, passed away at her home surrounded by family on Saturday, July 14, 2018. She was born on March 12, 1982, in Pensacola, Florida. Erica was a loving and devoted mother, wife, sister, and daughter.

She was filled with compassion and always put the needs of others before her own. Her attention to detail helped her excel at her job as a Communications/Public Relations Manager for various companies. She was highly valued and respected by her employers and peers.

Erica enjoyed hiking, painting, reading, decorating, and cooking, but her love for her family surpassed all else. She will be truly missed by all who loved her. Erica is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents George Clifford Day and Norma H Day.

Erica is survived by her husband Forrest Long and their two children William age 6 and Madeline age 4, parents George (Janice) Day, Sharon (Eddie) York, sister Jan (Neil) Adams, nephew Collin Adams, niece Claire Adams, loving in-laws Steve and Laura Long, sister in-law Caroline Long, nephews and niece: Ben, Luke, and Meredith. A visitation for Erica will be held Thursday, July 19, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Parkway, Saraland, AL 36571. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM with Brother Eddie Holmes officiating.

Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 10000 Celeste Rd. , Saraland, Alabama. FAMILY George Clifford Day, Grandfather Norma H Day, Grandmother Forrest Long, Husband William Long, Son Madeline Long, Daughter George (Janice) Day, Father Sharon (Eddie) York, Mother Jan (Neil) Adams, Sister Nephew Collin Adams, niece Claire Adams, loving in-laws Steve and Laura Long, sister in-law Caroline Long, nephews and niece: Ben, Luke, and Meredith.
