OBITUARY Esmelita Villajuan June 8, 1932 – October 10, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Esmelita Villajuan, 86, passed away October 10, 2018. She was born on June 8, 1932 in the Philippines. She was married to Roberto Villajuan for 63 years until his passing on June 3, 2017.

Esmelita was a teacher in the Philippines for 34 years. When she and her husband moved to New Jersey, she also taught Elementary school. Esmelita enjoyed crocheting, and watching sports, including Tennis, Golf, and Basketball.

She loved to cook and enjoyed making dishes for family get togethers. She also taught folk dances for the Filipino American Society, and she was a member of the Catholic Women’s league, and a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Surviving are her daughters, Violeta (Edmundo) Ramos of Fort Wayne, Vilma (Gaudioso) Punzalan of Bloomfield, NJ, Vivian (Marvin) Alverio of Cherry Hill, NJ; grandchildren, Romel, Jeffrey, Melyssa (Joe) Disser, Kirsten; great-grandson, Leo; great-granddaughter, Josephine; sisters, Eugencia and Angelica; and brothers, Cesar and Bayani.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Evangeline and Cherry. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:30 a.m., Monday, October 15, 2018, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with calling one hour prior. Calling at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road Sunday, October 14, 2018, 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. With a vigil at 4:30 p.m. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
