Estella’s Obituary Estella A. Romero, 68 passed away on December 31, 2018 in Raton, New Mexico. Estella was born on August 26, 1950 to Placido Avila and Lucy Ojeda. Estella is preceded in death by her husband Abram Romero, brothers Manuel Avila, Gennaro Avila and sister Alicia Mariani.

Survivors include Sisters Mary Flores, Rose Marie Martinez of Raton, New Mexico, brothers Justo and Alicia Avila of Raton, New Mexico. Special niece Maria Romero and nephew Raul Avila of Raton, also numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Estella A. Romero will be held on Tuesday January 8, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of The Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home with John McGary Officiating, Inurnment will be held at the Masonic Cemetery in Trinidad CO at a later date.

Arrangements for Estella A. Romero are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home.
