The Richards, Coleman, Scott and Banks families announce with profound regrets the death of the Mrs. Estelle Coleman Peters, Former Chairperson, English Department – W.V.S. Tubman High School, Principal, Boatswain Junior and Senior High, MCSS, President, MCSS Principal Association and Former Senior Assistant Registrar/ Subject Officer at the West African Examination Council, Liberia (WAEC), which sad event occurred in Texas, United States of America on Saturday, December 22, 2018. Estelle Coleman Peters is survived by her daughter, Pearl Xerinda Jardia (Justin), two sons, Mcgill Morris and Rufus Jabbah, six siblings; Sophronia Coleman, Danielette Coleman, Antoinette Coleman-Stevens, Samuel D. Coleman, Martin L. Coleman and Cllr. Felicia V. Coleman, several nieces, nephews, cousins, very close friends and host of relatives in the USA and Liberia.
