Eugene Hughes 56, of Harrisburg passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 at Shawnee Rose Care Center in Harrisburg. He was born in Evansville, Indiana on December 29, 1961, the son of the late James Hughes and Barbara Stafford Allen. Surviving Eugene is his mother, Barbara Allen of Raleigh, IL.
