Eva-Lee was born April 10, 1936, in Los Angeles to James and Evelyn Heath. She was raised and educated in Redondo Beach where she graduated from Mara Costa High School.

She completed he education by attending El Camino Community College. A Lifelong homemaker, Eva-Lee has been a resident of Santa Barbara County since 1997. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting and her activity in the Military Order of the Cootie in association with the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Eva-Lee is survived by her daughter Antionette Rowe of Kingsport, Tennessee, four grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, her brother David Heath and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Fogelberg in 2010, her daughter Debra Rosenberg in 1996, and her daughter Denise Ullery in 2008. At her request, no services will be held.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
