Eva Marie Newbold Bay City, Michigan Passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Nottingham Place, Midland, MI. Age 64 years. Eva was born November 25, 1954 in Wilkowicach, Poland, the daughter of Maria Zofia (Dutka) and the late Jozef Goryl, coming to the U.S.A in 1971.

She married David Newbold, March 20, 1982. He survives her. She was employed by General Motors retiring with 22 years of service.

She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and the Pulaski Club. She enjoyed playing golf, boating with her husband, and most of all, spending time with her family. Surviving besides her husband, David, and her mother, Maria, are four children and their spouses, Mark and Marsha Newbold; Jill and Buzz Baldwin; Peter Newbold; Joshua and Nichole Newbold; five grandchildren, Blake Newbold; Noah Baldwin; Brooke, Bailey and Karissa Newbold; three great grandchildren, Avery, Madison and Allison Newbold; two sisters, Boguslawa Pawlik and Margaret Bess; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Al Newbold; Pat Newbold; Diane Stalsburg; Dorothy Jewell; Jackie MacArthur; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A sister-in-law, Mary Sackrider has predeceased her. The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 3, 2018, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 6400 McCarty Rd. Saginaw.

Rev. Richard Jozwiak will officiate. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd.

from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2018 where a vigil services will be held at 7:00 p.m. with Sr. Janet Pewoski, CSJ; Friends may also visit at the church from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of the funeral liturgy. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Alzheimer’s Assoc. or the American Cancer Society.
