She was born September 12, 1923 in Bridgeport, CT and died Monday December 31, 2018 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Evelyn was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles. She has been a member of St. Mary of Vernon Church since 1987.

She was a loving wife, mother and fabulous grandmother. She is survived by her children David Anderson, Peggy Meo, her daughter in-law Maria Anderson, grandchildren Erica (John) Escobar, Megan (David) Freitag, John Meo, Stephanie (Ryan) Bolanowski, Samantha Meo, Nicole Meo, David Anderson, Nina Anderson, George “Nick” Anderson and many loving neighbors and friends. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband David Anderson and her son George Anderson.
