Evelyn Emma Satterlee, 96, of Eldora, formerly of Winterset, passed away on April 30, 2018 at the Valley View Care Center in Eldora. The family will hold a private inurnment service at a later date. Crep-Abels Funeral Home is taking care of Evelyn and her family.

Evelyn was united in marriage to Leslie “Max” Satterlee on December 21, 1946 in Yuma, Arizona. Evelyn did clerical work at the IMT insurance agency in Winterset for 24 years. Evelyn enjoyed embroidery, reading, and gardening.

Evelyn is survived by her children Janet (Mike) Mark of Iowa falls and Larry Satterlee of McQueeney, TX; grandchildren Barb (Mike) Ellis of Eldora and Alisha Lust of Baxter, IA; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
