Burghill, Ohio – Evelyn Martha Stahl, age 80, died at home on Wednesday, February 21, 2019. She was born on January 7, 1939 in Pulaski, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Helen (Bertoski) and Frank Schwartz. Evelyn was a 1957 graduate of Hickory High School.

She was a waitress for Times Square Restaurant in Kinsman. Evelyn enjoyed cooking, crocheting, playing Yahtzee and Scrabble, and going fishing. She loved anything that was coconut or mint chocolate.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Helen Burns. Survivors include her companion of thirty years, Thomas Michael Burns, Sr. of Burghill; sons, Edward A. Stahl of Hartford, Ohio and Kenneth B. Stahl of Austin, Texas; a granddaughter, Christine Stahl and a brother, Frank J. (Sandy) Schwartz of Fort Myers, Florida. Private services were held and burial was in Morefield Cemetery of Hermitage, Pennsylvania.
