Interment will follow at Small Cemetery north of Edgewood. He passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 5, 2019, at his residence in Edgewood. Everett was born on February 2, 1942, in Mineola, the son of Elmer Ernest Hill and Charlene Beatrice Alexander Hill.

He was raised in Mineola, where he attended public school. On January 26, 1963, he married his bride, Corine Lee in Edgewood. Everett was formerly employed by LTV-Vought Aeronautics Grand Prairie, retiring in 1997.

After retirement, he became a full time husband, father, grandfather and all around problem solver. He lived in Mineola prior to moving to Edgewood in 1973. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars and fishing.

Everett was a very faithful Christian who loved God very much. He always placed God first in his life with his family a very close second. Whenever he was asked about anything he would always say “It doesn’t matter, as long as I have my three girls I’m Happy”.

At night when it was time to go to bed, he made sure the four of us held hands beside the bed to pray God’s blessings, healing and His will in our life. Daddy was the perfect example of what a husband and father should be. Preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Charlene Hill.
