OBITUARY Excell Lee Davis April 5, 1964 – November 16, 2018 Excell Davis, Jr., entered into rest on November 16, 2018. He was a truck driver for Averett Express and a girls softball coach. Mr. Davis is survived by two daughters, Tiphanie Davis (Josh Gilson) and Lindsey Slayton (Matt); four grandchildren, Jade Gilson, Aria Slayton, Lynnox Gilson and Laken Slayton; his mother, Donna Smith; his former wife of 21 years, Stephanie Davis; two sisters, Kelly Garbutt and Julie Smith; and a brother, Gordon Davis.

His memorial service will be on Saturday, November 24th, at 7pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway. Visitation will from 4pm Saturday until the time of service.
