OBITUARY Janet Warner October 10, 1931 – November 19, 2018 Janet Warner, 87, passed away on November 19, just 9 days after her beloved husband of 68 years, James Warner, passed away. She was born on October 10, 1931 to the late Joseph and Leota Goodrum. For the majority of her life, Janet worked in management for several different hotels across Louisville.

In her free time, she spent time following her passion: building her flower gardens. Once she retired, she became a pro-am ballroom dancer. Janet is preceded in death by her brothers, Donald, Tom, and Michael Goodrum.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, James Joseph Warner (Crittie), John Charles Warner (Sherry), David Ray Warner (Karen), Carol Ann Roggio (Martin), Daniel Robert Warner (Ann), Thomas Patrick Warner (Loretta), and Michael William Warner; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her siblings, Daniel Goodrum, Patricia Pearl, and Robert Goodrum. The family will accept guests for visitation on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 3-8 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. A Mass to celebrate Janet’s life will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 5505 Bardstown Road, at 10 am with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
