Obituary for Faustino Alvarado Galindo Faustino Alvarado Galindo Sr., 88, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 7, 2018, at his home from natural causes. Born on October 17, 1929 to Maria and Santos Galindo, he was a retired machine operator and a life-long China Grove resident. Faustino was an avid fisherman who also enjoyed hunting and gardening.

He is survived by his daughter and 5 sons, Maria O’Connor (Joe), Faustino “Junior” Galindo Jr., Santiago “Jimmy” Galindo, Santos Galindo, Jose “Joe” Galindo (Gretchen), and Gregorio “Rory” Galindo; 20 grandchildren, Christian, Adriana, Melanie, Barbie, Maria, Cynthia, Jessica, Jennifer, Sherrie, Lindsay, Aaron, Stephanie, Chelsea, Jeremy, Jessica, Amanda and Anthony, Raul, Mark and Adam; 32 great-grandchildren; 5 sisters, Toni, Mary, Janie, Cookie and Terri (Emilio); as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers Santos and Luis, 1 sister Gregoria, and his loving wife of 61 years Pascuala Bictela. Services will be held at Simplicity Funeral Chapel at 211 Brooklyn, San Antonio, Texas 78215.

Visitation/Rosary will begin on Friday April 13, 2018 at 7:00pm-9:00pm. Funeral Services will commence Saturday April 14, 2018 at 10:00am. Burial to follow at San Martin Cemetery 14001-14307 Stuart Road, San Antonio, TX 78223.
