Faye A. “Nana” Negley, 102 of Cabot, formerly of Steppland Road, Penn Twp. , passed away on February 19, 2019 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. Born February 26, 1916 in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Claybaugh Sipe.

Faye started Serv-A-Care Water Conditioning, Inc., in Butler and she managed the company for over 30 years. She was an active member of Nixon United Methodist Church. Faye was an excellent seamstress, enjoyed playing the organ, collecting dolls, shopping, making the “best brownies ever,” going to church activities, and watching Steeler football.

She was in attendance of almost every game, play, concert or activity her grandchildren were in and enjoyed spending time with them. Surviving are her loving son, Joseph (Anita Seth) Negley of Butler, 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, M.V. Negley, a son and daughter in law, Lewis and Rita Negley and several siblings.

Friends will be received on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Luke Lutheran Church 330 Hannahstown Road Cabot, PA a memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m with Rev. Ben Berteau officiating. Interment will be held at Lakewood Memorial Gardens.
