Mrs. Fernande (Lesmerises) Nadeau, 92, of Bedford formerly of Hooksett, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2018 surrounded by her loving family at the Elliot Hospital after a period of declining health. Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Yvonne (Goodrow) Lesmerises. She was raised and educated in the Manchester Schools.

A very religious woman, Fernande was a longtime parishioner of Holy Rosary Church. She also cherished spending time with her family. She was a past member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas O. Nadeu and her siblings, Georgette Montood and Rudolph, Bertrand, Hector and Roger Lesmerises. She is survived by her six children, Paul R. Nadeau and his wife Julie of Auburn, Edmond Nadeau of Hooksett, Oliver Nadeau of Hooksett, Claudette Nadeau of Hooksett, Doreen Korakas and her husband Alex of Franklin and Leann Nadeau of Manchester. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and one on the way as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be held on Sunday, April 22nd from 4 to 7 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 23rd at 10 A.M. in Holy Rosary Church in Hooksett. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
