Obituary for Florence R. Siniscalchi Florence R. Siniscalchi, 97, passed away on January 26, 2018 at home in Valley Cottage, NY. She was born on April 29, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY to John and Florence Cook. She grew up in Great Neck, NY.

She worked as a secretary for Seagrams. After moving to Valley Cottage, she volunteered at Nyack Hospital and was a teacher’s aide at the Valley Cottage Elementary School. Florence was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Florence was predeceased by her loving husband Eugene P. Siniscalchi of 58 years. Florence is survived by her son Eugene J. Siniscalchi and his wife Francesca; her daughter Patricia O’Connor and her husband Donald; and her grandchildren Elizabeth and Ryan O’Connor. A visitation will be held at Hannemann Funeral Home, 88 S. Broadway, Nyack, NY from 11:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, February 3, 2018.
