Florence Y. Munson-Haber passed away peacefully August 29, 2018 at Maine Medical Center. She was born June 14, 1943 in Belfast, Maine where she attended Crosby High School. Flossie worked at a variety of local businesses including The Pants Factory and was a supervisor at Penobscot Frozen Foods where she was employed for 40 years.

Flossie loved all animals, especially horses and birds. She enjoyed spending time outdoors working on the property where she lived since 1962. In addition to her parents, Flossie was predeceased by her daughter Fawn, brother, Boyd, sisters Myrna, Beverly and Allene.

She is survived by her husband Paul Haber, son Myles (Julie), and sister Fay Gaul, grandchildren Forrest Leigh Munson of Northport, Michael Massenburg (Leslie) of Richardson, TX, Cooper Munson of Denver, CO, and Cameron Munson (Kai) of Fort Riley, KS, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Flossie will be truly missed by Paul, her best friend, Bea Thomas, her family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was awesome!

At Flossie’s request there will be no services.
