Obituary for Floyd Price Print Mr. Floyd Price November 14, 1942 – October 19, 2018 Mr. Floyd Price age 75, of Milner, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Price was born in Hampton, GA on November 14, 1942 to the late Willie Collier Price and the late Annie Iller Freeman Price. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Janet Price; son, Jody Price and step-son, Curt Watson.
Floyd made his living as a master carpenter and retired with the carpenters union after 22 years of service with Snapper. He was a member of Union Baptist Church, where he also served as a deacon. He was an avid hunter and an excellent marksman, and enjoyed being outdoors.
Survivors include his daughters, Regina Price and Judy Evans; son, Jeffrey Price; step-daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Kenneth Sampson; step-son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Lynn Watson; daughter-in-law, Kelly Watson; 14 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life service for Mr. Floyd Price will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Union Baptist Church. Rev.
Tim Conort will officiate. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service on Saturday at Union Baptist Church. Heritage Funeral Home 1512 Williamson Rd.
