Frances B. Dean, a longtime resident of Kansas City, Missouri departed this life on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Kansas Medical Center with multiple illnesses. Frances was born on October 26, 1934. From her birth in Kansas City, Missouri in 1934, to her leaving this system, Frances nourished the people around her with love, faith and giving honor and serving Jehovah God as a Witness from 1980 until May 31, 2018.

Frances was educated in the Kansas City School District and after graduating went on to seek a Nursing Diploma. She worked in the private sector. Later, she was employed with the Federal Government for fifteen years as a Professional Interviewer.

Frances was married to Theodore Dean on October 16, 1976 and enjoyed forty-three years of life together as a bright shining light. In remembrance of her love, Frances B. Dean leaves her faithful and devoted husband, Theodore Dean; sister, Jerra Mae Ellis; daughters: Tedeja Dakoya Dean, Terri Miranda (Jose), Gloria Parrish (George), Edie Fennell (Tom) and Rhonda Otero (Jesus); granddaughters, Frances l. Hobby (Jamar) and Terria Parrish; grandsons, Theo Otedz Sanders and Tikko M. Parrish; very special friend, Sister Thelma and Brother James Talley; Goddaughter, Deborah Matthews; and other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 16, 12:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2000 E. 34th St. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Hall.

Interment, Twelve Gates Cemetery.
