Frances C. (Seiz) Mellinger-Booth, 100 of Girard formerly of Pawnee was called home August 30, 2018. She was born Sept. 30, 1917 in Curran, the daughter Frank and Rebecca Seiz.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Leroy Seiz and one sister, Kathryn Sanders. She married Willard J. Mellinger on Dec. 7, 1938 and he preceded her in death.

She later married Carl Booth in 1971 and he is also deceased. Surviving are two sons, John Mellinger of Pawnee and Jim (Nancy) Mellinger of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Lisa (Chris) Brewer of Winfield, MO, Steve Mellinger (Kay) Mellinger of Springfield and Gerald Mellinger of Springfield; five great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5pm till 7pm, Tuesday, Sept.

4, 2018 at Bramley Funeral Home, Auburn. Services will be Wednesday at 10am at the funeral home with Rev. Gerald McElroy officiating.

Burial will be in Horse Creek Cemetery, Pawnee. Memorials may be made to Pleasant Dale Baptist Church, 28449 Pleasant Dale Rd, Girard, IL 62640.
