Frances I. Roy, 85, of Carolina Trace, died Thursday April 12, 2018 in her home. Fran was born on September 17, 1932 in Baton Rouge, LA. , to the late Molly Belle Williams Kennedy and Emile Francis Kennedy.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Christopher Roy. Fran is survived by her husband Vincent Roy, her daughter Lorraine and son-in-law John Coons, son Vincent Roy and daughter-in-law Heidi, and daughter-in-law Joanne Feracci Roy. A funeral mass will be held for Frances at St. Stephen the First Martyr Catholic Church of Sanford at 11:00AM on Wednesday, April 25. A reception for all attendees will follow immediately after the mass at the St. Stephen church.
