Frances “Joan” Fleming, 89, of Clintwood, VA, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 peacefully surrounded by family. She was a devout Christian for over 75 years Born April 21, 1929 to David and Ina Dotson of Wise, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Noel Fleming, brother Harry Dotson, twin sister Shirley Addington and many half brothers and sisters.

She leaves behind four children, daughter Kathy Hodges and husband Eric of Weber City, VA, son Gary Fleming and wife Deb of Clintwood, VA, daughter Teresa Fleming of Clintwood, VA, and son Patrick Fleming and wife Jenni of Appleton, WI. Ten grandchildren, Zachary McCoy and wife Christy of Cold Springs, KY, Megan Fleming Phipps and husband Russ of Abingdon, VA, Erin Fleming Dupell and husband Jason of Johnson City, Maggie Noelle and Casen Baumgardner of Lexington, KY, Taylor Fleming ton and husband Cody of Clintwood, VA, Britney Linley, Tommy Linley, Jackson Fleming, Caitlin Fleming of Appleton WI, and Nick Linley USAF Kunsan, South Korea. Six great grandchildren, Lucy, Liam, Eli, Ian, Ezra and baby Evelyn on the way.

Niece’s, nephews and many loving friends. Pallbears, Doyle Fleming, Johnny Fleming, Cody ton, Russ Phipps, Jason Dupell, and Casen Baumgardner. Honorary Pallbearers, Zack McCoy, David Addington, Mike Addington, Rodney Dotson, Steve Dotson, Eric Hodges Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
