Obituary for Frances M. Nester Frances M. Nester, 87, of Wapakoneta, died 5:35 a.m., Thurs. Nov. 1, 2018, at Wapakoneta Manor.

She was born Aug. 9, 1931, in Botkins, OH, the daughter of William & Frieda (Linard) Gehrlich, who preceded her in death. On Nov.

23, 1950, she married Thomas R. Nester, and he died Oct. 28, 1997. Survivors include, 5 children, Kenneth (Debra) Nester, Wapakoneta, Wayne (Trish) Nester, Wapakoneta, Dale (Beth) Nester, Wapakoneta, Allan (Kellie) Nester, Harrod, OH, Steven (Jennifer) Nester, Powell, OH, 11 grandchildren, Angie (Kevin) McGlothen, Kelli (Daven Stedke) Fisher, Kristin Lenhart, Ambrosia (fiancée-David Lani) Nester, Thomas J. Nester, Andy (Lindsay) Nester, Heather ]’Nester, Cory Rex, Casey Rex, Luke Nester & Amelia Nester, 12 great grandchildren a brother, Jack Gehrlich, Botkins, OH, and a sister, Ruth Ann Scheblo, Fairborn, OH.

In addition to her parents and husband, Frances was preceded in death by an infant son, Joseph Nester, a grandson Scott Nester, and 2 sisters, Betty Lou Brockert and Marlene Lambert. Frances worked at Fisher Cheese Co., Wapakoneta, and the Auglaize Co. Election Board. She had also worked at the Turner Toy Co

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta, and its ladies sewing group. She enjoyed playing bingo, quilting, and doing cross stitch. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Tues.

Nov. 6, 2018, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Jarred Kohn officiating.

Burial is to follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Wapakoneta. The family will receive family and friends 5-8 p.m., Mon. Nov.
