Obituary for Mrs. Frances Patricia Cook Mrs. Frances Patricia Vinson Cook, 62, entered into rest on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at her residence. A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 183 Weathers Road, Moultrie, Georgia. Frances was born on April 21, 1956 in Alabama to the late William Vinson and the late Bella Marie Powell Forbes.

Frances enjoyed taking care of people and spending precious time with grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, William Vinson and Stevie Vinson; and sister, Evelyn Vinson. She leaves to cherish her memories, son, Casper Dean Cook (Stacy) of Moultrie, Georgia; daughter, Shannon Green (Nate) of Norman Park, Georgia; 3 brothers, James Vinson, Kenneth Vinson (Renee) and Ray Vinson (Bertie) all of Moultrie, Georgia; 2 sisters, Rebecca Weldon (James Crosby) of Albany, Georgia, and Elizabeth Pacheco (Mike) of Moultrie, Georgia; 5 grandchildren, Stephanie Cook, Randall Green (Klarice Hopper), David Cook, Bailey Dunn and Colby Dunn, all of Moultrie, Georgia; 3 great-grandchildren; and special friend Jose Alvardo of Moultrie, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
