Francis J Rutkosky, 54, Archbald, died Thursday afternoon, September 20, 2018, at home. Born Tuesday, April 28, 1964 in Scranton, he was the son of the late Francis J and Marion Moro Rutkosky. He was a graduate of Archbald High School, and Christ the King Parish, St Thomas Aquinas Church, Archbald.

He was the proprietor of Fran’s Café, having hosted many a function for the Archbald Borough Democratic Committee, and sponsoring the cafe’s softball team. Surviving is his beloved nephew Adam, Scranton, and several cousins. Frano was preceded in death by his brothers Michael, and Joseph.

At the request of the family, there will be no viewing or visitation.
