Frank Barber 84 of Roscoe died Monday December 10, 2018 at Jefferson Hospital. Born August 8, 1934 in Roscoe a son of John L. and Beatrice Ostrander Barber. Frank was retired from the former Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Allenport where he was a Yard Master.

He was a 1952 graduate of California High School, a lifetime member of the NRA, a member of the California Sportsmen’s Club and was a Little League manager for 10years. Frank love spending time with his family, spending time at his camp and was an avid hunter and fisherman. In his younger years he was a participant in competitive archery and shotgun.

Frank is survived by his wife Billie Milbert Barber whom he married on March 18, 1955, 2 sons and daughters-in-law; Frank D.(Kathleen) Barber of Elco, Harry C.(Lisa) Barber of Canonsburg, a daughter and son-in-law Christina Marie (Andrew) Marick of Hagerstown, MD, a brother James Barber of Roscoe, a sister Ina Bilitski of Coal Center, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers; John and Richard Barber and 4 sisters; Melissa Fisher, Marie Bafile, Beatrice Carmello and Anna Mae Klos. Visitation will be held on Friday December 14, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-7:30pm in the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave.

, Roscoe where services will be held at 7:30pm with Rev. Candace Cook presiding. Interment will be private.
