Obituary for Frank George Beutel Frank George Beutel, 94 of Edinburg, TX, entered into rest Friday, September 7, 2018 in Doctors Renaissance Hospital in Edinburg, Texas. He was born on December 11, 1923 in Norwood, NJ, son of William and Bertha (Keiper) Beutel. Frank was a proud veteran of World War II, serving his country in the U.S. Army as a communications specialist.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty May (Gibson) Beutel. He is survived by his sister, Cecelia Beutel Knutson; and children, Linda (Jerry) Dean, Kathleen (CB) Ferrell, Robert (Pam) Beutel and 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Military graveside services will be held at the Rio Grande Valley State Veteran’s Cemetery, 2520 S. Inspiration Rd.

, Mission, Texas on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David Mann officiating. Military honors will be given by the McAllen VFW Honor Guard Post #8788. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans or any Veteran’s organization of choice.
