Frank Ray Claycomb, Jr, 80, of Wynnhaven Beach in Mary Esther, Florida entered eternal peace on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his residence. A funeral service will be held at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Monday, October 1, 2018 beginning at 11:00 a.m. (EST) with Reverend Donny Brown officiating. The internment will conclude the service at Parkhill Cemetery where Mr. Claycomb will receive Military honors and Masonic Rights.

The family will receive friends Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (EST). Mr. Claycomb was born March 14, 1938 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Frank Ray Claycomb, Sr and Marvis Isaac-Delgado Claycomb. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Mr. Claycomb was a 33rd degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite. He was the President of Frank Claycomb, C.P.A. Professional Association. Other than his parents, Mr. Claycomb was preceded in death by his first wife of fifty-four years, June de Brabant Claycomb.

Frank is survived by his wife, Candy Claycomb of Mary Esther, Florida; three sons: Frank Ray Claycomb III and wife, Beth, of Columbus, Georgia; Fletcher Earl Claycomb of Destin, FL; Frederick Bryant “Brian” and wife, Andrea, of Fort Walton Beach, FL; three grandsons: Corey Claycomb, Wade Claycomb, and Noah Claycomb.
