It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Frank William Izzo, loving husband, father, and grandfather announce his passing at the age of 76. On Tuesday October 30, 2018, he went home to be with his heavenly Father. He was born August 11, 1942, son of the late Anthony and Rosalia (Dimercurio) Izzo, in Detroit.

Frank had many achievements and accomplishments throughout the grand span of his time here. He was a God fearing man who loved to talk about his religion. For many years he owned Country Club Taxi and Limousine service.

He most recently attended church at Swan Valley Church of the Nazarene. He was an avid hunter and sports fan. By the age of six he was already on his way to becoming a strong business- man.

He helped his grandfather sell fruit from a huckster wagon. His greatest accomplishment was being a husband, father, and grandfather. Nothing meant more to him then his family.

Frank will be forever remembered by his loving wife and soul mate, Patricia Ann (McDuffie) Izzo; his son, Rodney Lee (Stephanie) Izzo, step-son Daivd (Robin) Bierlien , step-daughter Malissa (Wesley) Owens; his brothers, William (Vito) Izzo, John (Emily) Izzo, Anthony “Tony” (Debra) Izzo ; his grandchildren, Carmen and Veronica Izzo; His aunts and uncles, Marion Dimercurio of Sicily, Stella Camarata, Paul Dimercurio (Pat), Pete (Barb) Dana; also many more aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandchildren. At the end of his time here Frank was lovingly cared for by the wonderful staff at Serenity Springs. As you remember Frank be just a little kinder to one another and remember, you will never look into the eyes of someone that God does not love!

Memorial service will take place at 12:00 Noon on Friday November 2, 2018, at Swan Valley Church of the Nazarene, 389 S. Miller Road. Pastor James York will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
