Obituary for Franklin Marsh Sparta, TN…… Mr. Franklin D. Marsh, age 81 of Sparta, Tennessee, formerly of Okeechobee, Florida, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018. Born Wednesday, October 21, 1936 in Cordova, Alabama, he was the son of the late Earnest Marsh and the late Lucile Dover Marsh. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Mrs Cora Sue Marsh and two sisters, Helen Kitchens and Johnnie Faye Sanders.

Mr Marsh was a kind and sweet man. He loved his family and family gatherings very much and always had a smile on his face. Surviving family members include the following: daughter – Rebecca Marsh (Ernie Tomlinson) of Sparta daughter – Donna Walpole of Okeechobee, FL son – John Marsh (Mary) of Stuart, FL sister – Suzan Cawley (David) of Albertville, AL Seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild also survives.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Okeechobee, Florida.
