Franklin’s Obituary Franklin T. Hall, 76, of Williamstown, passed away at his residence on May 22, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born May 29, 1942 in Washington County, Oh, the son of the late Arthur “Doc” the Sassafras Man Hall and Catherine Hall. He was known as the best dry wall man around.

He started in 1968 with Joe Blosser and they became a dry wall team with his son in 1979 working for Ronnie Lowther, until he retired in 2010. He is survived by his wife Betty Hall; two children, Pauline (John) Lucky of Rockport and June (April) Hall of Williamstown; one sister, Grace Owens of Cleveland, Tenn; one brother, Fred (Donna) Hall of Anderson, Ind; three grandchildren, Rebecca Merrill of Rockport, Bonnie Parson of Rockport and Edward Parson of Columbus, Oh; seven great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. As per his request there will be no service or visitation.

Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Vienna is assisting the family with Franklin’s arrangements.
