Caleb Matthew Deem April 30, 1999 – May 06, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Caleb Matthew Deem, 20, of Parkersburg, passed away on May 6, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born April 30, 1999, in Wood County, the son of Christopher Clevenger of Washington, WV and Shelley Cottle Deem of Parkersburg. Caleb was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School.

He was training to become a boxer and had participated in the Tough Man Contest. In addition to his parents, he was survived by son, Caleb I. Deem of Parkersburg; sister, Shyla Tant of Parkersburg; brother, Ethan Clevenger of Parkersburg; maternal grandmother, Debbie Cottle of Parkersburg; paternal grandmother, Brenda Guthrie of Parkersburg; paternal grandfather, Doug Clevenger of Washington, WV; grandparents, Mike and Marsha Deem of Washington, WV; a special friend, Matthew Deem of Washington, WV; and several aunt, uncles, cousins and friends. Caleb was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gary Chaffin.
