Phyllis’ Obituary Phyllis Jean Parker, 63, of Parkersburg passed away April 9, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born February 10, 1956 in Parkersburg the daughter of the late Charles Kennie Lockhart, Sr. and Alice Louise Anderson Lockhart. She enjoyed plastic canvas stitching, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, and enjoyed watching game shows and wrestling.

Phyllis is survived by two daughters, Schevan Whytsell (fiancé, D.J. Wilson) and Michelle Hutson (James) both of Parkersburg; two brothers, Chuck Lockhart and Perry Lockhart both of Parkersburg; and nine grandchildren, Allison Parker, Chloe Decator, Josie Lewis, Ashton Hutson, Megan Seaford, Savanna Brown, Andrew Hutson, Rebekah Hutson and Jadien Hutson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Brown. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, WV with Pastor David Carrico officiating.

Visitation will be Noon to 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
