Frederick D. “Dale” Skinner Jr., age 47, of Carter Lake, Iowa passed away November 18, 2018. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on July 30, 1971 to Frederick D. Skinner Sr. and Sharon K. (Ault) Skinner. Dale graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School.

He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Fred V. Skinner, Lloyd and Martha Ault-Barnes. Dale is survived by his son, Kylar Schlotfeld; mother, Sharon K.
