Gary Spannuth passed away April 21, 2018 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula at the age of 75. He was born June 3, 1942 in Hamilton, Montana. Gary attended school in Hamilton.

He was a member of the 1959 state Basketball Championship team and has many medals for track. Gary and his father Ed opened the Arctic Cat snowmobile shop. Later, the opportunity presented itself to work for the Arctic Cat Distributor where he traveled in 5 states.

Later he and his family moved from Idaho back to Montana to begin a new adventure. They opened the Jasco Boat Center in Kalispell, for many fun activities folks got to enjoy. Who doesn’t love to go “boating” in the beautiful lakes and rivers in Montana.

His loyal partner and loving wife Jan, who had been by his side since 1964 decided to retire after 28 fun filled years and moved to Hamilton where they happily resided. Gary is preceded in death by his mother Eileen and son Taff.
