Gary F. Guyant, 75, of Neenah, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center. He was born in the Town of Belmont, WI on July 1, 1943, a son to Wayne and Alta (Dent) Guyant. In his early years, Gary worked at the Wisconsin Veterans home and later retired from Glatfelter Paper Mill in Neenah.

He was an avid bowler, and also enjoyed fishing, boating, and camping, and had a camper at Rustic Woods Campground. Gary loved to attend his grandkids sporting events and also played softball himself. He enjoyed life to its fullest, always playing a practical joke or wearing a goofy hat.

He will be dearly missed. Survivors include his children: Kevin (Michele) Guyant of Waupaca, Lori Guyant and Jenny Guyant, both of Jackson; step-daughter, Rachel (Dale) Nelson of Waupaca; grandchildren: Briya, Alison, Cate, Elizabeth, Brogan, Anessa, Wyatt and Jeffrey; and great-grandchild, Rylie. He is also survived by a brother, Dale (Geri) Guyant of WA; sister, Mary Helms of Neenah; and close friend, Rosy Slomski.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Susan; and twin brother, Jerry. The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.

Burial will take place next to his wife at Lakeside Cemetery.
