Gary Gardeski December 23, 1955 – March 10, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Gary Gardeski went home to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 10, 2019 at the age of 63. He was born December 23, 1955, the son of Benjamin and Hilda (Valiheiki) Gardeski. He graduated from Hibbing High School in 1974 where he was part of the State Champion High School Curling team in 1973.

He worked at Fairview Range Medical Center for many years, and enjoyed immensely fishing, gardening, and especially Bible Study. As a believer in Christ who was saved by God’s grace in 1977, Gary loved to talk with others and write about his Savior and scriptural topics. Gary is survived by his sister Paula (Gordy) Woodward, Hibbing; Ben (Ann) Gardeski, Hibbing; Ken Gardeski, Plymouth; several nephews and nieces, and his dog, Scrapper.

He is preceded in death by his parents, along with his sister, Karen. Memorial service is scheduled for Friday, March 15, 2019 at Noon with visitation at 11am at Heritage Trail Bible Church in McKinley.
