Obituary for George Bobick George Bobick RACINE – George Bobick, 84, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Cleveland, OH on October 23, 1933, the son of the late Constantine and Anna (nee: Parish) Bobick. George proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1953 to 1961.

On February 19, 1965, George was united in marriage to Cookie Christopher in Waukegan, IL. He worked as a machinist at Twin Disc for 30 years. George loved the Green Bay Packers, golf, and cookouts with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Cookie; sons, Ken Bobick, and Joe Bobick, six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. George was preceded in death by his son, Rick Bobick on November 7, 2015. A memorial service for George will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. A visitation will take place at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.

George will be laid to rest with full military honors at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Monday July 23, 2018 at 11 a.m. Thank you to Hospice Alliance for all of their care and compassion that was shown to George.
