Obituary for George Shoda George D. “Dave” Shoda entered into the presence of his loving Lord and Savior, Apr. 5, 2018. He was born Oct.

25, 1937 in Widemouth W. Va. and was a resident of Willoughby for the last 45 years. Dave was the beloved husband of Sandra (nee Strauss) for 51 years; dear father of Todd, and Kristen (Ron) Cochran; cherished grandfather of Nila; brother of Johnnie, James, Paul, Tim, Barbara and the following deceased, Matthew, Martha, Albert, Betty, William, Charles, Agnes and Eva.

He was an accomplished musician, played guitar in several bands, loved golfing, vegetable gardening, music, and family gatherings. He attends Harvest Bible Chapel and was formerly a member of Willoughby Hills Friends Church. Dave was the owner of North East Electric for 35 years and served in the U. S. Army from 1961 to 1963.

He was a true patriot, loving politics. He was a Willoughby Little League coach for 10 years. Memorial services will be private.
