OBITUARY George P. Mora Jr. October 19, 1929 – October 11, 2018 George P. Mora Jr., born October 19, 1929, in San Antonio, Texas, went to be with our Lord on October 11, 2018, at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Isabel Villalobos Mora and parents: George Mora Sr., and Maria Luisa Perez Mora Segura. He is survived by his children: Robert Mora (Caroline), Rebecca Mora Villarreal, and Roger Mora; brother: Jimmy Mora; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

George proudly dedicated his service to the US Army during WWII. After his military service, George began a career as a truck driver. He was a simple man who enjoyed nature and the outdoors and was a jack of all trades, mastering everything from roofing to plumbing.

A Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph (So. San) Catholic Church, 535 New Laredo Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78211. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237.
