George William Adams, 90, husband of Margie Adams, of 106 McCoy St. died Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Linley Park Rehab and Healthcare Center. Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Willie Henry and Maude Fay Wilson Adams. He was a member of Cross Hill Church of God.

Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are: son, Buck Adams (Cissy) of Belton; grandchildren, Stacey Reece (Kevin) and Billy Adams (Tonya); great grandchildren, Brooke Griffin (Corey), Caleb Adams, and Arrison Reece; great great grandchildren, Bentlee and Barlee Griffin all of Belton; 5 surviving sisters. He was preceded in death by one sister. Service will be held at 3pm Monday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.

Larry Richardson officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2pm until 2:45pm at Cox Funeral Home. The family will be at their respective homes.

Cox Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
