Obituary for Georgia M. Murray Georgia M. Murray, 69, of Cheyenne, passed away at her home on September 14, 2018 in Cheyenne after a battle with cancer. She was born July 5, 1949 in Slater, WY. Georgia attended Wheatland High School and acquired her master’s degree from UW.

She enjoyed her cats, motorcycles, the outdoors, and gardening. Georgia was a very giving and loving person. She is survived by her husband; Steve Murray, daughter; Charlene (Jim) Mestack, sons; Justin Morland and Marc (Tammy) Murray, granddaughters; Stephanie, Destiny, and Serena, special family friend, Michelle Coop, as well as many friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary, her brother, Wallace, and her sister, Julia Ann. We will miss her very much. Cremation has taken place.
